Welcome to the fiction commission form. Below are a set of simple questions to answer to help us come up with the perfect story for you. When you hit submit the form will be mailed to us and you will be sent an acknowledgement of receipt. This acknoledgement will detail what will happen next.

Please remember the following things when requesting fiction:

1. Customers under 18 may not commission Adult rated material.
2. Requests for unlawful content will be refused and may be reported to the correct authorities.
3. Requests for child characters inteacting with adult characters in a sexual manner will automatically be refused.
4. Requests that require use of copyrighted material will be automatically refused.
   For example a commission would not be accepted to write Harry Potter and Draco Malfoy at Hogwarts, however a commission where a dark haired wizard who happens to have glasses and a blond wizard do something magical in a castle would be fine.
5. Please do not request real people as the lead characters. If, for example, one of your requests is that you would like the head vampire to look amazingly similar to Robert Patterson, that's fine, but he cannot be Robert Patterson.
6. Please list all wishes not covered by the rest of the form in the Special Requests box, but please do not list out an entire plot. You have to leave something for the author to do.
7. If half the form does not apply to you because what you really want is a story about fluffy bunnies playing in a field eating dandylions then just ignore the fields that don't apply and type that in the Special Requests box. (Mandatory fields are marked with a * and are in red).
